      Better pay and benefits than other industries.

      Cons

      Suffers the same problems that all semiconductor manufacturing companies do. The work is repetitive, unrewarding, and unstimulating. It's impossible to make changes, no matter how good they look, and it's difficult to learn things because no one knows the answers to a lot of questions and you can't do experiments to figure them out.
