      Pros

      Good foot in the door. Good people to work with. Not rediculously difficult company to work for. Great "just out of high school" job with a chance for a long term career in the industry.

      Cons

      Seems like a great company to work for in the beggining, then the disgruntled employees can get to you. Company is doing fairly well in a shaky market.

      Pros

      I joined On after my 3 years working in Main China, it is pround to work in this palce, and I feel I am competent to my job. On Semi also give me a corfortable environment to work; it is very hamony in On, and everyone just keep the simple relationship. It is good to work here, everybody especially US ppl like to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      But On also has some common drawbacks like some other manufacturing site, responsibility has some ambiguilty between departments. Salary is not that satisfied to employee.
