The benefits are rather decent, employees are friendly and easy to get along with and it's good to work for a company associated with RBA.

Cons

1)Alot of senior/old employees, especially in the managerial role that are too complacent. 2)Insufficient SMEs. Especially in the IT department If you're a yes-man/aspire to be a jack of trades, master of none, you'd survive here.
