      The semiconductor industry is booming. Given that, the company is doing well in spite of grave mistakes by its new leadership.

      Cons

      The former executives and management teams were ousted and replaced by less experienced leadership that views its employees as disposable, seeks to boost gross margin at all costs, and has steadily gutted key functions like Finance and IT through layoffs and attrition.
