      Great cross functional teamwork. Salary wasn't that bad. 13 months salary payment. Bonus, not that great, still have. Flexi time for exec.

      Cons

      Political ranking/rating KPI method. HR in their own world. Insurance budget, only able to use around Seremban only. Send proposal and suggestion for improvement, silent until retired.
