      Pros

      Secure work environment for those working in the automotive product space, specifically power semiconductor or SiC products. Starting pay is good. Very friendly people and diverse culture.

      Cons

      Changing rapidly and you will be laid off if your business unit doesn’t make high gross margin products or oriented towards vehicle electrification. Very hard to climb technical ladder, advancement is difficult and infrequent. Many colleagues working there for year without raises or promotions. New HQ is beautiful but hard to focus as it has shared desks in a large open workspace (used to be call center)
