      Pros

      Laid back work enviroment, most people are cool to be around with.

      Cons

      The 12 hour shifts get old pretty quick, drama and rumor runs rampant to the point it feels like you're back in highschool, uppermanagment is afraid to step on HQs toes, the floor is quite litterally ready to fall into the sub fab, tools are very unreliable.
