Projects were challenging and exciting. Achievements were rewarded. Colleagues were nice.

Cons

They even laid-off the HR cat. Some will remember that story, it is old, but it shows the culture. The ethics committee and "ambassadors" are a joke. Do not talk to them. Management is dictatorial.
