Pros

Motorola infrastructure and holdover. The pay is typically on the higher end of the averages for the industry. People, for the most part, are reasonable.

Cons

During economic downturn times, the company has a tendency to have layoffs in order to cut costs, instead of figuring out how to tighten belts otherwise.

Great Company - Lots of Work

Pros

This is a great place to get wide ranging experiences. You'll be asked to work a lot with great people. But there's always a lot of work and not enough resources. "Scrappy" is a good way to refer to the company. Lean and resilient.

Cons

So much work. You'll be asked to do so much with so little. Be ready for a wild ride though. It'll be fun, but so challenging.

Pros

Very Ethical company, Very, big, Pay is fair

Cons

All about money, moving more businesses out of the US. To many layers of management. Very limited communication between company groups. Don't have a customer ( Mom/Pa ) relationship with customers. Employees are not thought of as a key role in the success. All about management- Poor. Sounds great but run in the opposite direction
