unequal pay among same job positions. Hired with the promise of certain hours or days off and will gaslight you after you get hired and say they didn’t say that. Don’t appreciate hard workers but will criticize them over nothing but will let lazy employees get away with anything. DEEP favoritism. have to deal with endless gossipe and bad mouthing. Had a lead that straight up bullied me for two weeks. reported it and only had a “ talk” with them. they ended up getting a higher up position despite many former employees complaining about how they treated us meanwhile i’m still fighting for livable hours but the perosn who bullied me and made other employees leave gets promoted?????? leads will NOT teach you properly but will laugh and gossip brhind you’re back if you don’t know something even though it’s their job to teach us.
