Pros

Beautiful store. It's clean, awesome visual merchandising, trendy, fun, and the overall vibe is spot on terrific. Great music. Everybody likes the fragrance that is diffused. A very nice, upscale store with surprisingly low prices. Funky, fun, and the wide variety of merchandise choices are awesome.

Cons

It looks like an upscale decor and party supply store, but the employees aren't there to help customers with their selections. Stores like Hobby Lobby and Michael's will assist customers with making their selections. Popshelf does not have that system: the employees are there to stock, refresh, redecorate, and organize the shelves. The customers are on their own and they're quite often ignored.

only pro is that they have benefits for full-time and part-time employees

lack of communication Never guaranteed to get full-time hours Scheduling is always different days and weird hours There is hardly any work to be done
