      Pros

      Had really good store lead when first started.

      Cons

      Honestly feels like the store I'm at got "left behind" we had so many problems happen back to back and it took them over a month to finally start trying to help. The people from other locations just get crappy with us because we can't keep up or because we don't know everything. They also tend to make us feel like we don't know how to do our jobs. Doesn't seem like those in power know how to run a company.

      Pros

      Interacting with the people was always very entertaining and with the job being customer service focused, we were always encouraged to talk to customers and roam the sales floor.

      Cons

      The hours were extremely inconsistent. I started off guaranteed 40 hours a week and progressively, hours kept getting cut until I was only working 10 hours a week at which point I had to leave because I simply couldn't pay bills.
