Leading SOI CMOS RF IC design and high volume KGD production. Great opportunity to learn/contribute to advanced RFIC and experience world-class high volume production. Not limited in professional growth as compared to being at larger companies. Strong customer base for continuous product development and production y-o-y.

Cons

No major negatives, in my opinion. Reach out to others that work at pSemi and compare with your concerns of working with a medium sized fabless RFIC company.

Pros

Internal teams we work with are competent and supportive. Less politics compared to other places I've worked. Colleagues are helpful, no spirit of competition in my experience of 4+ years. Like the flexibility management allows to work from home most of the week. Being an important supplier to Murata (parent company) gives stability even when the industry takes downturns.

Cons

No stock options, but annual bonus plan has been pretty good. Large quantity of documents and procedures to get familiar with.
