rockITdata is truly a unique company and I think probably the BEST company I have worked for thus far in my career. Some of the pros: - Remote work - Leaders who trust their teams - A CEO who is approachable and friendly! - So much opportunity to learn - there are a lot of really smart people with different skillsets and backgrounds here. - Fun company competitions and giveaways! - Openness - if you have an idea or feedback, you can share it. - A company that truly cares.
Cons
None that I can think of. The company is a government contractor, so if you are not used to govcon, there can be a little bit to learn, but they are also in the commercial space, with really interesting work.
