Pros

- I enjoy the fact that I'm working on solving complex problems every day - things that have never been done before! - The personal growth in terms of experience, opportunities, and responsibilities is incredible. - I love working on tech that makes a difference. Rewarding to see my work being used to safe lives! - Finally, the team is great. It is fun to work with collaborative people that are passionate about their work. And who do not have egos.

Cons

It is will be a transition for those coming from slower moving companies. Banjo has purpose and urgency.

Pros

The family atmosphere, support to do what you were born to do, a team that is focused on winning, co-workers who are world class, honest and integrity.

Cons

A team that's focused on being the best, if you want a job it may not be the right place, if you want to make an impact and make a difference with a team that is obsessed to do the same it'll be a great fit.

No better place to grow your career

Pros

Banjo is one of those companies that will advance your technical knowledge and experience faster than any other company you have worked for. It's a group of incredibly smart people working very hard together. They aren't afraid to use the latest tech if it's the right solution, or even go fully custom as needed. Damien has done a tremendous job putting together a high functioning team without limits. You know within the first 5min of meeting him that he will do whatever it takes to make you and Banjo successful.

Cons

You don't become experts with new technology by just throwing it into production, there is hard work involved in getting systems stable. This is a fast paced environment that not everyone can make it in. Come in hungry, and you will excel.
