It’s a great company to work for — the work culture is positive and supportive, and there’s a strong focus on employee growth and well-being. The compensation and benefits are very good compared to industry standards. Overall, a stable and rewarding workplace with a good work-life balance.

Cons

There aren’t many learning or upskilling opportunities, as the work can be repetitive at times. Overall, a great place for stability and work-life balance, but not ideal if you’re looking for fast-paced growth or new challenges.
