Walk away....quickly.

Pros

Prior to selling to a private equity company, there was a true sense of loyalty and being rewarded for hard work.

Cons

The current management cannot get on the same page. There has been an enormous amount of recent turn over and more to come soon I suspect. The people who actually keep the company running day in and day out are not recognized, thanked or rewarded.

Pros

100% fully remote job a

Cons

Symplr is a case study in how to run a business straight into the ground while pretending it’s “restructuring.” They’ll lay off hardworking employees with stellar performance records just to ship more work overseas for cheap labor. It’s not about efficiency or restructuring - it’s about cost-cutting at any human expense. Upper management is bloated, disconnected, and completely out of touch with the reality of the day-to-day work. They keep piling on executives while gutting the teams that actually keep the company running. The overseas replacements are overworked and undertrained, but leadership doesn’t care as long as the numbers look good on a spreadsheet. (They don't though - If you look at their overall work the quality is NOT there. Loyalty, performance, and institutional knowledge mean nothing here. You can be the backbone of your department one week and jobless the next. If you value stability, integrity, or leadership that actually understands how to run a company - stay far away.

Pros

CEO & Executive Management Team. Great culture & values.

Cons

Symplr is a top company to work for although not all of the acquisitions have been trained to follow Symplr’s values and mission. Beware of applying for acquisition formerly known as Tractmanager. Everyone under the VP, Client Services is quitting. She is a bully who encourages and practices discrimination. Good ol boy work environment. Best employees get passed over for friends of this VP. No transfers out to other departments.
