      Zero direction

      Remote and flexible working environment.

      Cons

      No company direction. Short sighted in hiring and firing. Constant layoffs (went through 2 during my one year there). Executive leadership is not up to date on current strategies for sales and marketing. They’re about 10 years behind. If you plan to join symplr, be aware of the changes and layoffs that WILL happen. They’ll over hire and layoff again, just has they have done for years.

      Was great, but it's changed a lot...

      I stay at this job because of the flexibility I have to work from home .The work itself isn't bad at all and the team dynamic is great

      Cons

      It's incredibly difficult to get a raise, even after being promoted. They reward hard work with more hard work.
