      New Tech stack to learn Good to stay for 3 to 4 years here Nice perks like sodexo rs 1650 apart from salary Broadband , mobile bills

      Cons

      Management is changing due to which more of micromanagement is coming up. Lot of hiring in top level and higher level is becoming more like service base culture due to which work life balance is becoming worst
