      Pros

      This company has a great work environment and they make it such a safe place to be yourself. You get to work with very young and energetic people who appreciates social media and pop culture related things. Some coworkers just simply become your best friends. They give a yearly bonuses which is very nice and the discount is pretty good compared to other brands. Overall if you love toys, kids, people, being creative and silly, then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      One big con about this job is how slow it is to grow within the company. I imagine because of how good the company is lots of employees stay for years. Which doesn't leave much room to promote or hire new people. Being promoted feels like just out of pure luck, rather than getting what you deserve because of your hard work. I also have to mention that this company really lacks diversity in all aspects, from product representation to employees working in retail and corporate offices.

      Brand - it's a brand that you can be proud to call your employer Values - the company's Promises (Play, Partner, Planet, People) are followed and make for a rewarding work environment Longevity - this is a company people stay at for decades Stability - even in the worst times we find a way to keep chugging Opportunity - though we are a fairly mature company there are lots of changes on the horizon

      Consensus - we tend to spend a lot of time building consensus, it can make decision making cumbersome and slow Risk Averse - we aren't going to be first, but we will get there
