      Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Some customers would call for no reason, just to talk to each advisor. Not really a con just something to get used to if you’re not big on small talk.

      Caring company, friendly staff environment, nice benefits, fun place to work

      Cons

      Inconvenient hours. If you're sick or tired you'll get criticism for not being super high energy. Since lego stores are very popular, it's guaranteed you'll have some quite difficult busy days - customers were often a bit of a nightmare, so you need to have thick skin.
