      Although LEGO Being such a big company, as it is family-owned, they do not treat you like a number, but you feel like an actual person.

      Fully Remote Yearly Bonus Europe type vacation and support in the beginning

      Cons

      They move to Arizone Hybrid Model and threw away the team like we didnt matter and it hurt cause most of us really loved it there. At the end of the day we went from being cared about to being a number.
