      Good collaboration, great teammates, good work life balance

      Cons

      Tools and processes a bit lacking in today’s standard. Slow to adapt sometimes. Great company so attrition rate is low, sometimes hard to get new opportunities and employees sometimes find themselves stuck in managerial positions with limited room for progression
