Pros
I worked with some INCREDIBLY smart and capable colleagues. Engineers who have so much excitement and good will that it’s bursting out of their fingertips! The engineers and colleagues on the bottom of the ladder treat each other with respect and compassion. The pay and benefits were above average. And the product that Lego builds is such a good thing for the world!
Cons
It was the worst year of my career. I’ve never been so mistreated by a manager or had so much exposure to political drama and power fighting as I did during that year. It is impossible to work at this company without feeling the fight for power that is happening in the upper rungs.
