      Pros

      The LEGO Group offers a fun, supportive workplace despite being one of the biggest toy manufacturers in the world. Although the stores are busy, the company is understanding, supportive, and helps maintain a strong work-life balance.

      Cons

      Management choices can sometimes be disappointing. When I worked at the company I had two leadership changeovers and both were disappointing. I found that the company often opted for education history and gender status over candidates that were the best fit for the job. It was disheartening to see coworkers worthy of upper management positions be cast aside in favor of men with any college degree.

      The pay and management is great. Super flexible and understanding

      New base pay for brick specialists and after working there for a year get paid the same as new hires

      Cons

      No bueno. Terrible work life balance. They take advantage of their good employees and just don’t know how to make them happy and keep them around.. so they leave to find a better paying job. This place is an absolutely joke
