      Pros

      -your coworkers -the discount -remote work flexibility -a lot of options internally to grow but a lot of people applying -a solid amount of paid vacation time for full time employees

      Cons

      -the pay is low compared to other companies. -things are constantly breaking. The website crashes during launches and we are left to take the calls. -changes are made and communication could be better to make sure everyone is on the same page - depending on your shift, the time may not be the best

      Pros

      My time working at the LEGO Brand Retail of my local mall was possibly the best retail job I could ever experience. We were motivated to "play" and build LEGO, and to really do our best for customers. The employee discount for LEGO was generous and definitely fueled a new hobby. My manager was willing to work my schedule and was overall flexible to my availability.

      Cons

      While it wasn't relevant to myself, there didn't appear to be a clear path towards promotion at the time I worked there.
