      Pros

      Fun environment to work in. Pretty much everyone that works here is passionate about Lego. Lego does give out free product to employees. Store manager was great leader and wealth of knowledge for furthering career and being a professional.

      Cons

      Lack of ability to move up. With only one Lego store in my area, and the Store and assistant store managers rooted in the company and the city, if I wanted to advance I would have had to move to another city.

      Superb health benefits. Excellent employee incentives, gifts, benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring leading to lack of job security. No advisory when it comes to performance errors which can lead to immediate termination.
