Pros

I worked at the Lego Store in Rockefeller Center. The store employees & management are awesome and some of the best people I've ever worked with. Plus you get to play with Legos all day! A lot of cool customers from all over the world, too.

Cons

Nothing bad about the store itself except that it is in Rockefeller Center and there are a ton of tourists. It makes the store crowded, which makes customers frustrated, and at times it can be difficult to communicate with the customers because of any language barriers.

Pros

Enthusiastic environment, surrounded by products enjoyed by people of all ages, learning about toys-- I'm a nerd, I love making kids happy, I adored it with every fiber of my being.

Cons

Anything negative was almost always a customer who didn't know how to take "we're out of stock" for an answer, or the occasional argumentative/indecisive person.
