      Pros

      Great place to work, I never grew up with Lego so wasn't biased, but I loved the culture there. Inclusive, strong in developing its people- open to letting you move across teams and everyone supports you in doing so.

      Cons

      The continual restructures could make for instability and a bit of tension with people not knowing where they'd be or if they'd have a role in 12 month's time.

      You get to play with and build Lego; discounts and annual bonuses; co-workers are friendly; managers really focused on individual development

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like a daycare centre; dealing with pushy kids who want free stuff; no coffee breaks allotted; can be difficult adjusting to the company's high standards; the pay is not commensurate with the company's earnings and status
