      Pros

      Very well taken care of, management cared about the employees first. Targets are customer feedback driven rather than sales driven. The product is good and most customers are happy to be in the store.

      Cons

      During peak periods the store is very busy and work is hard. The shifts were not normally confirmed until a couple weeks prior.

      Pros

      Constantly growing industrial environment. Great cafeteria. Travelling to EU countries often. If something is needed for your work it will be provided asap!

      Cons

      The IT SEC section of the company does not exists yet. I've been hired into a department that do not exist at all. Processes missing, separated security employees across the company. Not organized

      Fantastic product that everyone knows and loves. Great colleagues and benefits and a terrific sense of being part of something.

      Cons

      If you're not a process-enthusiast this may not be for you. Bureaucracy is the watch word and sometimes you will spend so much time talking about how to do something that nothing will get done.
