The dynamic at the lender is very family oriented. The owners of the company always make the decisions of the company with the best intentions to support their employees. As a team we all look out for one another to reach our personal and company wide goals. I have been able to advance in my career and have had great support to do so.

Cons

There is a lack and support of sales and their management team.
