They gave me a certain base pay draw amount in a offer letter. Then called 2 days before start day to change it to 15hr. And requested I work from 6am to 6pm to make a higher commission .

I wasn’t employed, but I do want candidates who interview with this Company to know my appalling experience. I was contacted by the cofounder, asking me if I would consider coming over. After multiple attempts I interviewed. I was told the interview went well m, but never received any communication after the interview. I even followed up 2 weeks after and never heard anything back. Place is a joke.
