Not sure what to put here... except that at least they are consistent in taking advantage of people, since there was someone else who said the same thing in another review on here today.

Cons

Signed a job offer to work for them with a good starting base salary and commission structure with hopes to move to a lower hourly rate with larger commission structure once established. I accepted, quit my job and was about to start when I got the call that they would no longer be offering the salary I had signed for and it would be minimum wage.

There was a significant lack of support and guidance from management. Onboarding was minimal, making it difficult to get up to speed. Feedback was inconsistent, and expectations were often unclear. It often felt like you were left to figure things out entirely on your own.

250 account executives constantly dialing the same brokers for business over and over again Low Pay, poor benefits Unresponsive management Loan products very similar to other companies, does not stand out enough to obtain new business.
