treats you like family, they will take care of you when you are in trouble and if you need help with hours they will take care of you and the same if you need a day off the way pay is alright and you can definitely talk to people about anything

Cons

the management as of this year has taken a turn for the weird, safety is now all they want to see so they have gone to extremes ( like the cameras in the truck that if you disobey twice you get fired)
