Pros

If there is a pro to working there I do not know what it is. They pay a lot and they have unobtainable expectations. Benefits are mediocre when they claim "world class". You will make a lot of money but you will work your life away.

Cons

Ineffective training. Work weeks are long. Management treats you like trash in the rare occasion you see them. Typical factory gossip. Management is completely out of touch with employees and with the ever changing world around them. I read reviews on this place while employed there. Some stating that they will throw you under the bus and use you to their advantage. This couldn't be more true. If you are not in their club you will be used to their advantage.

Pros

Good insurance and overtime pay Union Clean and safety oriented company The blending of European employees is refreshing for the area the company is in. Helps with diversity.

Cons

Seniority based OT means you might work every weekend without choice Pay rises slowly and is somewhat low for the area Opportunities to rise up in the company are sometimes very sparse
