Poorly Managed

Pros

The company is well diversified as far as product offerings. There are many talented/skilled people at the plant levels.

Cons

German leadership is quite poor and doesn’t focus on the core businesses, but rather what is politically correct. Segment leaders are not well suited for the manufacturing environment and are often directing the plant facilities poorly with poor business decisions the result. Corporate management seems to be more concerned with things that don’t help to make better business decisions. There is a lack of direction at tK, at least in NA in the automotive divisions.

The good, the bad, the ugly

Pros

Good collaboration on smaller sites like ours. Both international and down to earth culture.

Cons

Corporate nonsense from group HQ sucks. It‘s full with trade-union amateurs in higher leadership roles. Very political, very Germany-focused as if nothing else existed. And quite woke.
