Lots of autonomy, a large variety of business units headquartered in the same place, exposure to international business, SAP experience, in the process of streamlining culture and practices.

Cons

Inadequate middle and at times upper management. No consequences for inappropriate behavior or poor performance and inadequate reward for good performance. Human Resources inaccessible.
