Thyssenkrupp is a racist company that doesn’t care about their employees. This is by far the worse company to work for.

But first we have to apologize for your negative experiences. Our employees are the focus of all our activities. You are our most important resource and your health always comes first for us. We regret that you had to learn how these fundamental values were violated.
You can approach your manager at any time if your health is at risk at work. If the relationship with your supervisor is not the best, both the HR department and the works council are there for you. We will check whether the situation has improved.
