Pros

The people are generally very positive and very helpful. Though not everyone loves one another, there is generally a team atmosphere with people willing to help out.

Cons

Changing priorities and direction constantly, conflict between corporate and regional direction, consistently pulled in different directions, often work that was performed over years and months is thrown out completely when management decides to move in a new direction, a lot of micro management, very little stability, often a lack in clarity in what you should be doing
