      Old traditional industry, nice Germany HQs, but the local policies are all different

      Most people in German HQ are nice, but not so efficient. When they are on leave, never try to contact them.

      Cons

      Not making so much profit. China regional office is not fun - cutting budget every year. The salary annual increase is small.
