      recovering from downturn

      Pros

      The people are technically competent, helpful and friendly There's not a lot of politics, everyone is focused on doing good work

      Cons

      Very slow career progression - senior after 7 years is the standard Not much career advancement within the departments Downturn has resulted in all professional development programs to be halted, the company doesn't even pay for submissions of ECCs to get chartered status! (it's only $880...) Very pessimistic overall mood Lots of restructures in the past few years, results unclear Wages have barely grown for the past 3 years.

      Three words tk stand for (see above), Our technologies are great, we are working in a network, we share our expertise, we are a team and we try to work for our future. Since a few years we changed our culture and it takes shape it's great to be part of it.

      Cons

      We have many projects we are working with and sometimes it could be difficult to handle all this projects at the same time in a good way.
