employee discounts, its unfortunate I spent 10 mins thinking of a pro.

very low employee morale, no leadership, a lot of backstabbing.

Pros

If you really get after it and make a point to shine you can. You can get your name out there and be known by putting in the effort. This will open up doors for you however it comes down to deciding if you want to continue to stay or not.

Cons

Lack of training, low pay, little growth development, poor communication, old school thinking, SAP, and sometimes hostile coworkers. Also the company never makes plan and the German's rule it with an iron fist. They love to shaft their American companies.

Provides above average compensation, decent benefits, hard working employees, safe location, ample free parking.

Cons

No advancement, unfair yearly review, overall frustration/ low morale, high turnover. Losing core knowledge from turnover Human resources-not at all helpful
