Pros

the management is adapting and flexible, listening to the workers' problems. the location and work environment are both outstanding. IT works reasonably quickly. salary is above average.

Cons

overloaded with projects. growing fast and therefore losing the personal touch.

Pros

Enjoyed the people and the experience. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Awesome facilities located in Calvert, Alabama. People were willing to work at correcting issues

Cons

It was a new facility and sales and operations were not on the same page. This was being corrected and the decision was made to sell the plant. Sister company in Brazil was an anchor around our neck
