Pros

Good vacation time and overall benefits.

Cons

The salaries are so-so. Too many politics. Weird organization and structure. Lately you are just a number for them, no appreciation and understanding for the lowest level employs. The company is demanding but not giving.

Pros

It's a small company but part of a larger conglomerate. So we get the speed and effectiveness of a small company but the financial and infrastructure backing of a large one.

Cons

The "big company" bureaucracy is starting to creep into our daily operations more and more. Decisions are starting to take a little longer and I'm starting to hear the mantra "we need approval" more than I'd like.

Pros

Your project manager gets fired once every 2 months. Then you get fired for looking for work to keep you busy.

Cons

If you work 52 weeks and 55 hours per week. Not mis a day the new project mansger says your only there to profit. You never get a review or evaluation. Then you get fired.
