Atlanta Office

Business Outlook

Pros

Relaxed work atmosphere, friendly work environment

Cons

Nepotism in the Atlanta office is rampant. If you are related to a longtime employee then you will be given preference during hiring, promotions, and protection from lay-offs. Neighbors, friends, and family members of longtime employees (including those of the Atlanta CEO) with zero to little job skills are hired over those with very strong backgrounds, relevant skills, and US citizenship. Senior management is not very transparent with regards to future directions of the business. The common theme by management is place the blame on being kept in the dark by HQ in Germany.
