Pros

Salary was competitive. Opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of the elevator industry first person perspective.

Cons

Supply Chain is a mess. Constant changes within the company made the employees feel that management did not know what they were doing. Processes and procedures are never fully explained and management does not even know how to explain proper processes or reasoning. Position was explained to be a Supply Chain Coordinator but is more of a call center or data entry position. Due to the 30 employees with the same job title and experience, advancement is not possible.
