      Pros

      Good place to gain experience in the engineering field. Nice people overall. Very clean environment and good working conditions. Promotes work life balance.

      Cons

      Poor upper management direction. An odd mixture of micro-managing without being clear cut as to expectations. Failure to retain people with experience has made thyssenkrupp more of a stop gap until something better comes along. This also reflects poorly on any sort of mentoring situations.

      Good standard and quality procedure. Less work pressure. Very good down level employees. Good training for all employees. Allowances will be good

      Lacks in provision to attain quality procedures Top level management is poor No support from top level management Will put more procedures before planning for provisions.
