Pros

Pay is good. But they ask you to work more then 50 hours a week. They have fun people to work with.

Cons

No training provided. On the job learn as you go. You have little in terms of expectations which makes it difficult to actually do the job.

Pros

Competitive Salary...was once told I get paid to put up with old systems and outages! No one will be getting paid if this company does not start investing in streamlined systems run by men!

Cons

Very poorly managed company. Women are very much the minority and treated as second class. The only opinions that seem to matter are that of men!

Pros

Stable company, it is not going to fail.

Cons

Slow to make decisions that affect the workers in a positive way. Lean principles can be so extreme that it hinders productivity, especially in an office environment.
