Pros

Good work and personal life balance. People with technical profile have descent scope. Friendly environment. Short term on-site opportunity.

Cons

Functional Consultant has not much work, only work is in governance or documentation. Not many projects with the GSS. Many join ThyssenKrupp as a 200-year-old German company but after entering ThyssenKrupp GSS works as a small-time consultancy firm with not many projects. if for some reason projects is gone then there is no option then to leave the company. Internal Politics among Team leads and managers. Managment doesn`t take responsibility for employees if the project is scraped by the client. No Training structure.

Pros

The company is in a long transformation coming from Steel and material business transforming into a diversified technology company. This offers interesting opportunities

Cons

The company has still not fully recovered from the non profitable investments into steel plants in USA and South America. Thus, budgets are tight.
