Great location, away from busy cities. Good combination of local and international work. Technology focused company. Promoting local staff to assume lead roles.

Cons

Must be willing to live in the Rayong area. It is not the most fancy office.

Pros

over one hundred years in heavy industry, rich experiences in mining, marine and harbor machinery.

Cons

Mean method applied to ask you leave with no proof feasible at court, when there is no work for design engineer. There is no procedure documents applied that resulting in chaos in fast paced business environment. Salary raises slowly compared with the other companies and inflation of economy.
